We do not sell personal data. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of operating and improving the STEMPeak platform.
Our primary application database is hosted within the European Union. We may use carefully selected service providers, such as hosting and infrastructure partners, to operate the platform. These providers process data only on our behalf and under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Where processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are applied in line with GDPR and Swiss data protection requirements.

Acceptable Use & Schools
Users must comply with applicable laws and their school’s internal policies. While STEMPeak provides the technical platform, schools and their administrators remain responsible for student supervision during in-school activities and official competitions.
User accounts are personal and must not be shared or transferred.

Advertisement-Free Environment
STEMPeak is designed primarily for use by school students. A deliberate and cautious effort is made to keep the platform free from third-party advertising.
We do not display behavioural advertising, targeted marketing, or student profiling for commercial purposes. Any future changes to this principle would be communicated transparently to schools and users in advance.

STEMPeak practice problems are original works inspired by widely taught mathematical problem-solving techniques used in international competitions, enrichment programs, and publicly available mathematics resources.
STEMPeak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any examination board, competition body, or external organisation. Proprietary examination content is not reproduced.
